defy is a membership organization that is supported and populated by you, our defy community. defy is a community that includes members of different professions, including therapists, behavioral analysts, attorneys, accountants, etc., however, the intent of this platform is not to provide therapy or counseling.

Through our community, you can discuss, learn, support, and connect with people who share your interests, and we encourage you to find yourself, meaningful connections, and joy on defy.

While not every part of defy may be for you, no part of our community should be used as a weapon. Everyone in defy should have an expectation of privacy and safety, so please respect the privacy and safety of others.

defy and its communities are only what we make of them together, and can only exist if we operate by a shared set of rules. We ask that you abide by not just the letter of these rules, but the spirit as well.
